- Return and exchange are applicable to orders in Hong Kong. Within 7 days of receiving the goods, each order can only be exchanged once (the round-trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer).
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to bracelets and pendants (not applicable to fragile decorations; for other items, please inquire with the customer service team before purchasing).
There are no refunds, but you can exchange for items of higher or the same value (the price difference must be paid if the new item is of higher value).
The returned goods cannot apply the original order's monthly promotion code or event discounts and will be calculated based on the basic member discount (for details, please refer to Member Exclusives).
The returned goods must retain the original packaging and receipt (if the label is torn off or the size is altered, returns and exchanges will not be accepted), and photos must be taken to confirm the condition before shipping.
After we receive the goods and confirm their condition, the selected replacement items will be shipped out within 3 days.

Damage caused by human factors is not eligible for return or exchange.
